Fine, but sad when you read bits like this:

Sorry I don't mean to leave you all hanging. I've been looking over as many "independent" news sources as I can to get the side of this story you don't get from popular media. As long as I'm doing so I thought I'd share the articles. The discussion in the forums of Canadian involvement in Afganistan is certainly passionate and you probably guessed I have grave reservations about our intent or ability to deliver on the promiss reported by the popular media. These articles do a much better job of illuminating the situation than I am qualified to do.

What I can say so far is that I've become very dissilusioned with lack of indepth reporting or public dialog on the issue and the tendancy for any protest to be labled un patriotic or unsupportive of our armed forces.
