Another success for a big city school system, which typically gets $30 to 40K per student every year from the state, the same system that merrily graduates them with most of them unable to even read a Dr. Seuss book from beginning to end!

Youth crime has always been a problem, do you even remember the 80s and 90s?

I'm not saying this to defend the BS or the right or the left, but lots of young people are stupid little assholes, and the current political divide has little to do with it.

The big difference now is that there are cameras everywhere (cellphones, doorbell cams, security cameras, etc.) to record and broadcast it.
