How does a "waste to energy plant" work anyway? Does it like convert to carbon, or turn solid to gas, or what? Scienc-y minds want to know, cause you know...global warming.

Wouldn't it be hilarious if you couldn't get the watermelon people to manage outrage over dead babies, but then they heard it was about converting babies to greenhouse gas, so they freaked.
Cause the article says,
