Sure you can.

Continually talk about the hockey and the constitution nonstop, and whenever someone mentions something about a Canadian celebrity, say "He/She's Canadian."

Its easy!

Aside from the constitution bit, I'm exactly like that. Throw in a few eh's, some Canadian Canadian, and a fuck load of flags and you get me.

Just wearing a shirt seems to make people think you're Canadian. I had bought a shirt over there when i visited and when i came back, i decided to wear it on the first day of school. Instantly everybody thought i was from Canada. I told 'em i wasn't but they wouldn't listen. So I went along with it and now everyone thinks i am. Heh, Feels Good!

Like you said Mr_Canada, throw in a few eh's (which i do without even knowing it) and a fuck load of flags is what i've done

I feel proud being associated as a Canadian more than an American. (Don't know why, just do)

I have been told to be German, American and French. I'd rather be called Canadian though ;-)

btw, wearing a t-shirt with a name of a country or city or something here in Holland, means you have been there, not that you are from there :P

So far we have the ability to drink and be polite. Somehow, I believe Canada is something more than that...

Being polite means not launching into a raging anti-american tirade, when someone mistakenly identifies you as an American. 'Actually, I'm a Canadian', should suffice.

That must have come in handy for the Canadians involved in thh "pracekeeping" in Rwanda.
I'm sure our inability to call fire from the heavens, and our prpgressive, relative moral stance made their genicide much more convienient. How polite of us.

Somehow I believe that Canada should be something more solid than "America without guns"

I wouldn't go into an Anti-American tirade unless they started to argue with me about Canadians. I'm not a rude tourist. I like to make a good impression first, and as they get sued to me, they'll figure everything out.
