I would think some sort of metal neck collar would be much more useful. Hey, market it to the fearful as anti-beheading wear, put spikes on it for the punks, loop for a chain for the BDSM crowd, electronic option for wives training their husbands, led's that light up to show there's a Muslim in proximity...
