It had nothing to do with the 'Nucks. It had to do with the 5 penalties in the 1st period the Leafs had. The loss to the Rangers last week was more about being outgoaltended as they certainly outplayed them. Same with the Canucks game. The Leafs outplayed them for most of the game but Luongo was the difference. What I've been seeing is a team with some heart for a change. They get behind but they don't give up, unlike sooo many previous seasons.
The Leafs need to keep Toskala out of the net as much as possible and play Mcdonald and the Monster more.
