There are two kinds of people that I dispise those that hurt children and those that hurt animals.

This asshole is the lowest form of life. How anyone can do this to a dog is beyond me and I'm glad criminal charges are pending. It sickens me to see this kind of shit happening and is part of why I have been a supporter of the SPCA for many years in doing my small part to enable them to continue to look out for animals that fall victim to human ignorance and cruelty.

Did you notice in the video that despite the horror this dog has faced he was still wagging his tail as he was being walked by a caretaker? At least his spirit was not broken entirely and he obviously knows and appreciates that there are those who care about his welfare. He'll bring nothing but joy to whomever is fortunate enough to have him become a part of their lives. Trooper...what an appropriate name...
