As Ronald Reagan once said" I can't believe the urban sprawl and the destruction of the inner core of the cities...It seems to go on as far as the eye can see.... It makes me so sad to see people living in such appalling conditions..... Driver, I order you to never drive this way again.

If you actually read the posts you'll find I made no such statement. Ah well, facts aside eh?

I should be so lucky that it would result in your death. Failing that and you still have the strength to type, do you mind enlightening me as to my "hypocrisy".

Sure. Freedom baby, that's what it is all about. For 3000 bucks you to can buy a billboard and post all the anti war anti Harper stuff you desire.

Actually, no. Most billboard companies are picky about what they'll allow to be posted, to put it mildly.

Be that as it may, the majority of companies will put up just about anything. From semi nude underwear models to the constant crap I endure from PETA on the yellowhead, as long as the visual is within the acceptable tolerance range of the community then any message goes.

There was a group in Edmonton called the "stickmen". They were a group of business people who used to put up billboards bordering on slander attacking city hall and its mayor.

There are hundreds of examples. Here is one of my personal favourites.

The people who advocate war should also have to face the ugliness and violence inherent in war.

Likewise, if anyone should support abortion then they, too, should have to face the ugliness and violence inherent in abortion.

Bart and I seldom share an opinion, but we are on exaclty the same page here.

Can't stomach it? Perhaps you shouldn't support abandoning life because it is inconvenient.

Thank you.

As someone who has been ordered to commit violence I do strongly believe that those who give the orders and that those who pay for the orders (taxpayers) should have to see what they have wrought.

I've also noted before that even when given carte blanc on dispensing mayhem upon individuals I still act just as judiciously as I normally would.

I acknowledge the necessity of such things, I render proper honor to the men and women to whom these tasks fall, yet I still much prefer the safety and comfort of my living room at home as opposed to having the legal right to lethally harm someone else.

Abortion in the day and age of freely available birth control measures bespeaks an almost criminal level of irresponsibility on the part of woman. Yes, I single out women here because men do not carry children. That and we live in a time where if a woman says "no" then her word is final.

Then onto the similarity in my logic, abortion is no more a hypothetical notion that war.

No successful abortion has ever been completed without a death.

Showing the pictures makes abortion advocates have to face this discomforting fact.

Are you offended by the pictures?

Then maybe you should be offended by abortion the same way you want people to be offended by war.

Hehehe, he's losing it Johnny :) Better be nice to you or you'll kick sand in my face too. As for the hypocrisy, you claim to be a smart boy in your many posts. I'm sure you don't need someone you wish dead to connect the dots for you :)

I accept your challenge. Please reference some of the "many posts" in which I claim to possess a superior intellect or that I am even "smart".

Further, if you connect the metaphorical dots you will find a paradigm of a failure to engage in cognitive abstract reasoning on your part.

Now why don’t you dumb it down for me and put into laymen’s terms why exactly I am a hypocrite for advocating freedom of expression and abandon the ‘you know, nudge nudge wink wink’ position.

Challenge? Cognitive abstract reasoning? My god man, please get a grip on yourself :) Everytime you post, the "Wall of Ignorance" is never far behind. I'd be happier arguing the merits of conservative fiscal policy with a neo-liberal :)

Besides, wishing I was dead pretty much ends it for you. But it's nice to know you care :)

Oh, and while you're thinking, here's some entertainment right up your alley:

I hope you feel better soon! :)
