For some strange reason CBC seems to have forgotten to mention the names of the accused.

Have to admit the names didn't match what my bias thought they would be (First Nations or Vietnamese). Guess poaching is a equal ethnic occupation.

If police won't release names, what says that they got the right people and court case? Releasing the wrong names is far more damaging than releasing no names.

If that statement was true they'd still be the accused and the headline wouldn't have said:

Sorry but, the fact that they withheld the names of two convicted poachers is a giant red flag indicating the CBC values political correctness over cold hard facts which puts paid to your claim about journalistic integrity. The only one here with any integrity was the North Shore News and just because some cop aspires to the same political correctness standards as the CBC doesn't make they or him right. BTW Court records are public records unless specified otherwise which is likely where the NSN got their information.
