Probably just a couple of kids out having fun when this animal attacked them. My guess is that they were protecting themselves from this horrific act of aggression from the owner of the vehicle.

How dare he protect his property from thieves. This is Canada after all.

This has nothing to do with race or upbringing other than the fact that criminals don't care about the law and farm owners are easy targets. Attacks like this are just another reason for people living in rural Canada to be armed and trained to defend themselves because, by the time the police arrive you're likely going to be dead or seriously injured if you try and protect your property.
