We bought our place for 90. The place across the street is listed for 669! It’s my place with an extra bathroom in the basement! I think it’s over priced. It’s been on the market for two weeks now so things must be slowing down. For some reason I don’t understand this is considering a desirable location with them selling before the sign goes up!

We also have people knocking on the door to see if we want to sell! They are always so shocked when I tell them I don’t care what it’s worth. That’s only relevant if we can move! We still have 9 year 5 months and 14 days not that I’m counting.

Yeah, lady down the street listed her mobile for $119K almost 18 months ago hasn't got a single bite. One did go for $99K but it has a double garage ex-photo studio on the same lot.
We did 60K worth of improvements 5 years ago, the BC Assessment went up a whole $800. People who live here want to rip off people who don't; those from out of town want to offer shiny beads and dimes cuz we're just dumb hicks in their eyes.

Inside a Pierre Poilievre Conservative leadership rally

$1:
Front Burner producer Allie Jaynes introduces you to some of the people who attended a Toronto event last week, and CBC Politics senior reporter Catherine Cullen gives some context around those crowds and Poilievre's promises so far.

I listened to this in its entirety. I despise Skippy as I see him as a traitor since he flipped to cover Duffy but I respect the hustle. I see a new Trumpisms being peddled by Pierre in regards to the housing crisis and his rhetoric really comes unglued in this podcasts synapsis as he talking points are food for the followers but are not rooted in reality and that is inherently dangerous. He is trying to link government spending with inflation. This is in order to bogey man Trudeau and cut social spending. When the attacks have no basis in reality it is hard to check them until reality does that for you.
