This just highlights the problem with white pride; it immediately conjures up images of the KKK and the Nazis and even the Confederate States. And you may hate me for saying this, but it always seems that white people use the whole KKK and Nazi issues as a screen, making themselves out to be oppressed.

The cold, harsh reality is that while White people have much to be proud of, I'm sorry, but you just can't be. Not at this time in our collective history at least. And let me explain what I mean by that...

In our history, it has always been about white people, and how white Europe managed to conquer the world in the most brutal ways imaginable. Hell, you are still in charge of the world, and you're outnumbered for God's sake!

Since the earliest days of Christian Europe, there was oppression of everyone but the elite class, the confinement of knowledge to the Church, and the belief that everyone who wasn't a white Christian, was pretty much useless and worthless. This was how it was for over a millenia and still is to a certain degree.

Then you all got the idea to "reclaim" the Holy Land by killing all who opposed you, and you did this in the name of an all-powerful all-knowing old guy in the sky. When that didn't work out, you guys set out on expensive expeditions looking for a cheaper way to China and India. And then you found the Americas.

Here comes the next brutal aprt in white stewardship of the world. You all came over here, planted a tonne of crosses and more flags than all golf courses combined, and then with orders from "The Good Book", killed most of us "savages" and converted the rest of us to Christianity, all because we were different from you, and we all know that's a bad thing. And let's not forget slavery of black people.

The rush for Africa is another place in time where white people fucked over an entire continent for material possessions while fucking over everyone on that continent.

Also, let's not forget European ignorance and subjection of cultures from all over the world. They did this because the Europeans had it ingrained into their heads that they were the be all and end all of humanity, and that "white was wonderful".


And while I am part white(pretty much got ancestors everywhere west of Germany) and acknowledge the many contributions of the white peoples to the greater good of humanity, white people really have no real right in most peoples eyes to be proud because for hundreds of years, you have brutally subjugated everyone else of every other culture in the world, all the while maintaining your superior attitude, religion and culture.


THAT is why White pride, is such a taboo thing right now...
