It looks like the folks at WHO have come off of their stupor and gotten their heads of their asses and removed His Excellence Captain Bob from his role as Good will Ambassador. I guess they were tired of getting laughed at.
More like they found out what the boss had done (not long after he had done it really) and told him no way.
