These kids will be charged in youth court and get a slap on the wrist. Thank-You young offenders act. They cannot make me believe that they didn't know how dangerous this kind of act is. Luckily no one died, I remember this happening in Edmonton (I believe) and they actually killed someone. I'm not sure what the end result was, I will look it up and post.
