From her private reserve . .

Deep in some Arkansas mine I'm sure. Probably Bill did some fancy paper work (when he was Gov. of the state) and transferred it to the non profit foundation that closed up right after Hillary lost the election.

See we put it together that easily. Dang it why can't the D.O.J. figure these simple stuff out. :P

Sad thing is with conservatives today I can’t even tell if you’re joking.

Just the thought of them testing it makes me wonder what we are testing and researching. Not to counter it but to one up it. 8O

Despite these and other successful tests, the Pentagon, sponsor of the "Pluto project", had second thoughts. The weapon was considered "too provocative",[4] and it was believed that it would compel the Soviets to construct a similar device, against which there was no known defense.

Some shit is best left undeveloped.

Considering how often they explode, it might be best to leave these and other nuclear powered weapons undeveloped. The problem that they have, as they found out with nuclear powered planes, is you have to run them at nearly the point of melt down, and you can never shut them off.

What could go wrong?
