You sure about that? I ask because an awful lot of companies use swastikas in their logos.
Chase Bank, Columbia sportswear, Sun Microsystems, etc. all use stylized swastikas as their corporate logos.
Look around when you're out and about and you'll see lots of local businesses with stylized swastikas in their logos.
Also, swastikas are a recurring theme in brick paving. Look down and you'll find you walk on them all the time.
See now you're splitting hairs. No one would put a Nazi flag on a product and expect it to be legal because it is an indelible symbol of hate. But the original swastika isn't, it means all sorts of great things from well being to good luck. So use the sanskrit version all you want. Stylize it and rehabilitate it. But a Nazi flag isn't the same as a swastika.
