Umm...I'm asking what the flying fuck you're talking about. We got a GST cut, and the Toronto Star (a leftist rag) went on about huge tax cuts for the wealthy and such...here

Is there a tax hike that I'm missing? I'm not trying to be rude, but I want to know a real news article. I only found one from 2 years ago, which says that taxes weren't cut as much as advertised.
