kenmore kenmore: What surprises me is the unwavering support of Albertans for the torys.. things are not good in the oil patch these days and Harper has no plan for the economy. Why keep supporting an autocrat czar? If he had the balls to work with the other parties in parliament on a plan that would benenfit all Canadians we wouldnt be in this situtation. I have always believed he is a closet separatist and under his watch we would see a independent Quebec. A wolf in sheeps clothing so to speak, a trojan horse theory.. and so far I think I am right. kenless your whinny voice is like dildo's. You can hear something chippering in the corner but your not sure what it is, what it said or even if it was talking to you. the only one that has a plan that will work is Harper. You can't spend your way out of a recession. gawd, your like a kid that got his hand slapped for taking cookies before supper

bootlegga bootlegga: ridenrain ridenrain: Is that a concession? The coalition was planning on taking down the government but now by the sounds of it, you folks will settle for Harper stepping down? Who's the one playing childish personality games again?
The opposition need to grow up and get to work. Oh, you mean like Harper not having the balls to even apologize for starting this whole shitstorm in the first place? Or his demonizing the Bloc, which could easily precipitate another unity crisis. Yeah, he's just as much a little baby as the coalition assholes are. Not one of these schmucks is fit to be PM. They should find a backbencher for that job and fill the cabinet with other backbenchers. Odds are they couldn't do any worse than the current bunch of morons. Where was the bill? What laws were passed? Where was the debate? None. The sedition coalition decided before the election that they didn't like Harper and ran their koo-coup to get him out. Too bad but more Canadians voted for him than any of the others so he's the PM and all that tantrums in the world does not change that. You're definately free to go talk to you're MP and tell him what you think though. If more MPs were more worried about their constituants than their party wips, we wouldn't be in this trouble.

Frankly, I can't help but be surprised at the naivete coming from the Conservative camp. Harper has done nothing but piss on the opposition since January 2006 and he expects them to love him. You're both pretty fucking stupid if you think you can piss on someone's corn flakes and expect that they won't lash out at you. I've already fired off a batch of emails at the local Con, but I suspect like Harper, he's too thick to realize just how close he came to sitting in the Opposition benches. You just keep on keeping on then, just like Stevie is doing, and we'll see an election next year because of such piss poor attitudes. Because that's exactly what Canada needs right now, to spend another $300 million to satisfy Harper's massive ego. Nevermind the economy, the weak dollar, the increasing deficit, or anything else other than stroking King Harper's giant ego.

Yes Harper screwed up, although giant ego's abound whatever the political stripe. The three amigos gave an admirable demonstration of that. Do you think it would be unreasonable to have a coalition of four? If, and I mean IF all parties could stop this incessant bickering and get on with running Canada.

No doubt. I just want a government that works...one that doesn't neglect defence spending, runs a tight financial ship, and treats the poor guy the same as the rich guy. Whoever that is I could care less. Right now, none of these four 'leaders' deserves to be PM. Maybe this crisis will get somefresh faces/ideas in Parliament and we can finally put this bickering back int he schoolyard where it belongs. All we can do is hope that all four parties have learned something here. Have they? The optimist in me hopes so, but the cynic says probably not. Only time will tell.

Robair Robair: That whole video was a pretty pathetic showing by Dion. The video itself looked like a Youtube video.

Lets keep in mind that this plot was hatched far before the election so the actual reason that triggered it is just the excuse. I think now the CPC should donate half or all their political welfare to poor, homeless, charity cases in a huge celebration of vote buying. I'm talking Stevie in a Santa suit handing presents to poor kids in Toronto slums. Even invite Iggy, Manley and other rational Liberals to join in. These are the sorts of things a party with actual grass roots support can do.

The Liberals themselves are now coming apart, they're not even sure this 'coaliton' was a good idea. You can demonize Harper all you want but really it's the liberal party and it's shortsightedness , disconnect from average Canadians and the arogant attitude that have brought us all here. You clowns lost seats overall in the last election and you still think that your party is the natual governmentso who's going to be your leader in three months?

Tracker Tracker: Albertans want all Canadians to prosper, not just themselves. Well then they should be calling for Harpers head. Being conservative doesnt mean you have to act like a jackass. Cons need a better leader. (Yes I know the libs do too)

(Yes I know the libs do too) You dolt, Harper was trying to take the money from the parties and put it back in the taxpayers pockets. Now if your party cannot run without the $1.95 from each voter maybe you shouldn't be in Ottawa. This little gem Harper tabled would have broken the Bloc for good but the dumb ass liberals had to go back the asswipes. Well now your party is seen too all as the shitheads they are.

Robair Robair: ridenrain ridenrain: That video was no different than the ones that lost him the election, and it's the same people behind it that are once again going to get access to the taxpayers wallets. They are dumbasses, no doubt. Doesn't change the fact that Harper needs to be removed. Here's hoping the coalition lasts just long enough for that. Na, Harper will be around for years. Time for you to get used to it.
