My guess is that Florida would be #1 given his family still lives there with maybe Tampa 2 and his hometown Hab's #3.

If it was the Habs, he could be their backup goalie at 6.174 million per year which would put him into that rare stratified financial air that Gomez and and Gionta have risen to for doing sweet fek all.

Although I still think the Canucks will have to eat some of his salary before anyone takes him on.

I think the point is that his wife Gina and her family live in Florida, which I think is Luongo's biggest problem. When he was signed by the Canucks in 2006 they both moved to Vancouver, but when she became pregnant she moved back to Florida to be near her folks. Now with 2 kids she seems to be happier being close to her folks in Florida than moving back to Vancouver to be with Lu. I think his problems will continue until the family gets back together, wherever that may be.
