This is one of the more amusing moments among duh-duh fandom. Snyder's Man of Steel and Batman vs Superman were not well-loved movies. B v S was so hated by some that Snyder got death threats over it. As such it's kind of bizarre that so many want to see a full-Snyder version of Justice League given the negative reaction to what he's done so far with the DC characters. Like, are they going to really love his Justice League just because they hate the Whedon version that much more?

I kind of get why directors and producers put their own spin on things these day. Not that their versions are any better than what came before them. More because there is no way in hell that the so-called fans can ever be satisfied. No matter the amount of work put in, even on something really good, there's going to be a small number of complainers and haters that will use the internet to magnify their voices and numbers beyond all reasonable proportion. At this stage it's easier just to throw the canon and all caution to the wind, and proceed with an idea and then try to be happy with it. Going deaf to the agitators is the only way to have peace of mind when a project is finally completed.
