Pimpbrewski Pimpbrewski:
So much for assumption once more.

Most people figure that the majority of Quebecers vote Bloc. That is not quite accurate. I know, I know that I have already posted it, but still here are the results from the last Federal election within Quebec

Most of the Bloc votes last election were votes 'against Harper' not really 'for the Bloc'.

Pimpbrewski Pimpbrewski:
This shows that most Quebecers voted for a Federalist party. Also, there are gonna be lots of Bloc voters turned off about a coalition with Dion. Also, some Federal Liberal Quebecers could not all agree with their party cooperating with the Bloc. So that leaves Conservatives.

My guess is that while you may be right about a small percentage of voters...the majority will be very angry with the way Harper is portraying the Bloc. I've listened to many Quebec citizens in interviews and they are taking exception to Harper's heavy-handed generalizations. Quebecois are insulted by his broad brush.

Canada is the best country in the world.. bar none and I dont see what all the crap is about. Albertans voted for harper and the rest of the country hates him ... big deal. nobody likes Dion either. big deal. Until people realize that every province has equal value in this country the crap will continue.
Time to change the system of representation in the country so each province will be taken care of. an autocrat isnt the answer.

Bloody Quebecers are responsible for a shortage of winter tires too,not the govt's fault for bringing in legislation that requires everyone to have winter tires, must be the people for waiting so long to buy them.

Bastards!

Just go to Costco. I ordered them November 25th and had them installed on the 29th. No problem!

Yogi Yogi:
Do away with provincial borders. Borders, as has been proven, only serve to divide the peoples of the country. ie; 'Them against us', 'We are better than you, East against West, ad nauseum! All regional monies would be put into one account and equally divided. ALL peoples would be treated equally. No 'special status' for any group of people for any reason. Only then could we ALL be considered 'Canadians'. As it is right now we are just a series of groups of people based on heritage, or ethnicity, or region,or... it goes on and on. We can't even get our own shit together yet we are sending people all over the world to teach them how to get THEIR shit together!

That's a really interesting idea.

I have never understood those borders (provincial political that is) anyway.
