He's trying to line up followers for the browser game. There isn't any request for money since the game is free.
It's sort of like Cybernations.
I'll leave this for an Admin to make a decision on.

Basically what he is saying is that he can't be bothered to use proper grammar or spell check because the game itself is a blatant ripoff of another game (erepublik).
