At 0430 it could have meant anything but I think the point I was getting at was that user was underage which makes it illegal for he/she to purchase the game or supposedly play it.

I'm a bit too young for the whole lay the pipe sexual reference, but if there are bombings against pipelines, shouldn't there be ways to...remove such scum? Get some drones patrolling the pipes!

Interesting, I didn't even realise we have that in Canada. Supreme Court in the U.S. ruled against it.

And it seems it's only illegal to purchase it. If a parent buys it, no problem.
