Dumb. I would not have a pet, would likely not use my car but would use a bike, and other things that are not necessarily realistic but kinda designed to ensure you fail or come close to it. A little biased in other words.
It has it's limitations, clearly, but I wouldn't say it's dumb.
I only say it's dumb because there are some imputs put in to tip the scale towards failing. As I said, if I lost my job tomorrow and I was down to $1000.00 a month, I would seriously look at getting rid of my vehicles, and I would not move into an apartment that didn't take pets while bringing in my pet - that's just plain stupid. As well, if I look at Victoria, there are very few jobs around that I would not be within in say 10 kms which means a bike or even walking can be done.
