I've seen too many people who knew only suffering their last few months. They need the choice.....there is nothong noble in suffering nor ignoble in choosing when to end their life.

The company that makes it probably won't sell it to death-penalty states precisely because of that, not after the fucking horror show that's erupted as the states have run out of lethal injection chemicals and the manufacturers refuse to provide any more for them. Bring back firing squads or beheadings, and by law force the prosecutors, judges, and state governors to be part of the execution detail. If they're that confident that they are 100% infallible in their condemnations of these criminals then morally and ethically they should have zero problem with being an integral part of the legal mechanism that ends a prisoner's life.
