$30 x 30 = $900 + $50 x 30(days) = $1500

$1500 + $900= $2400

So your estimate of $3000-$3500 seems good

But why Toronto. Calgary is a great place. Lots of Ukranian canadians in Edmonton and Winnipeg. Halifax and Vancouver are beautiful.

What you should do if you are coming over here is explore the country. We are massive... but what you can do is take a flight to Halifax and get a Can Rail pass ( railroad) that will take you across the country.. Halifax to vancouver.. you can get off the train and spend nights in various cities... www.via.ca ( national passenger rail service)

Sorry I love international on line translation services..LOL.. then conversion from Russian to ukranian is another.. I am a ukranian Canadian ( have some czech roots as well) but I don't speak the language... My grand parents were born and raised in Ukraine my dad was born here in Canada and my mom was born in an area that is now Poland.

yea, inbetween 1912 and 1917 a relatively large number went to grand forks, BC. Other then that I dunno much about Ukrainian immigrants.
