So your saying something Hamas said oh I think way back in 1984 and something all current leaders don't agree with and I think doesn't exsit anymore. Other wise why would they sign the Arab peace plan in early 2000's

There is a difference to criticizing a policy or an action by the Government of the Republic of Israel and being anti-Semitic. There are Hasidim Jews that criticize Israeli policy. They are not anti-semantic and some of them may still have tattooed numbers on their forearms.

It is some what similar to Canadians. Most Canadians don't hate the United States, but almost all criticize and disagree with what the American Govt does and there is every thing right with that.

Granted that it is not the entirely the same, but it is in the same direction.
