Terror wise, Arafat deserved the world’s respect.
But to tell me those dignitaries from around the world will pay their respects to Arafat because of any other reason than terror, then I must say that those dignitaries may be representing their undignified by terror nation alone.
As for the human dignity, and dignity in general as G_D knows it, I don’t think it will be represented there because those herd of undignified idiots can’t be dignified except by Arafat’s death, isn’t it?
The lists of potato heads of state expected to attend their own no human dignity celebration by looking and standing over the grand terrorist’s coffin are Jordan, Yemen, Algeria, Egypt, South Africa, Indonesia and Lebanon. (Yes the Lebanon and Jordan that he once destroyed.)
But certainly there is numerous foreign ministers, including Jack Straw of Britain, Michel Barnier of France and Joschka Fischer of Germany, and the EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana who will attend, but then I will not worry to much about their dignity either because each one of them lost it when they didn’t cut their entire relationship with this dead terrorist devil when he sent his first terrorist to explode.
Regrettably I heard that Assistant Secretary of State William Burns will represent the United States, but no one told me yet in what he’s going to represent the United States.
Because for me, I think the USA before it takes this step, it should’ve make sure first that Zarqua’oui was not rented to Osama by the dead terrorist himself because he may hold a Jordanian Identity, but then isn’t it that most Palestinian held one at will, at one time in the past; and this is a GRAND possibility.
Therefore perhaps the USA Secretary of State should think about the murdered American solders and their families before he sent his representative to their true killer funeral.
They say that the Israeli Embassy in Cairo would not be represented, but I’ll be dam surprised if I don’t see a particular Israeli over there, and that will be along with the coffin of every Israeli’s dignity.

I personally do not think Arafat was a good person, but I think he was the best person that could be in charge for the PLO. I really am sad that he died because now there could be even worse terrorism in the area, it all depends on who takes over.

Looking at the Arabs hatred since the seventh century, leaders change and hatred rises...
The collective of hate never changed even when they deal amongst themselves.
The world's denial state of that hate is what feeds every terrorist including the dead ones and their terror breeding families.

Oh, oh, Laconfir...you inadvertently sent Jack the Inhumane off on one of his quasi-religious, fully racist rants.
You are right about Arafat though, Laconfir. He was the right leader at the right time...at least at the start. It probably would have been better had he turned power over to a political force many years ago, but without him the Palestinian people might have been lost.
Everybody likes to forget that both Israel and Palestine are born in terrorism. Most of the Israeli leaders started their careers with terrorist acts, too. A strong case can be made that they have continued that terrorism to this day. Jack wouldn't be upset if world leaders went to Sharon's funeral though.
Hey Jack, I have a link for you. Godz too. Turns out that
George Bush is the Anti-Christ.. Who knew.

For me the irony is to be proud of such terrorist to humanity.
However, his death didn't make him less terrorist, so why you are trying to deny me my truth.

You sound very reasonable as terror appeaser, certainly not as bad as the dead anti-human that was called Arafat, but I have no doubt that if it was up to you, you will make the best Anti-Christ ever existed yet...

Prime Minister John Howard says Yasser Arafat will be remembered as a leader who failed to grasp an opportunity for peace in the Middle East.
Mr Howard says many people regard Yasser Arafat as a terrorist and it is hard to believe that he could not have done more to restrain militant Palestinian groups.
"I think history will judge him very harshly for not having seized the opportunity in the year 2000 to embrace the offer that was very courageously made by the then Israeli Prime Minister, Ehud Barack, which involved the Israelis agreeing to 90 per cent of what the Palestinians had wanted," he said.

Imagine even such truth draw the PA’s objection to what Howard said…
That why I believe strongly that terrorists must be told the whole truth instead of marginal one because the marginal ones are what fuelled this entire conflict right head on from the first one.
