About ten minutes ago the wind shifted to blowing from the east,it dropped to -6 and visibility is allmost nil with the foot of fresh snow starting to blow around.I bet they close #3 here soon.

It's actually great weather right now in Toronto, still snow on the ground, still cold but it's more to a warmer side then cold cold. No wind at all.
