ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL ROTFL

This is a case where, no matter what the law, a little common sense might have come in handy.

What's next, public floggings for smoking on school property 8O ?

I think you do not understand the principle of the Rule of Law. Not law as "bills/laws" but Law as in the "studying in Law". In french we say "Droit" (rights). It means no one is above the law and it is the base of a democratic society based on freedom. Thus, it implies that anything done against the rights of an individual or the commons is illegal. It's the basics of most constitutions.

Thats all nice and dandy, but dont you agree that a punishment like cleaning all the desks inside and out would have done the trick too?

You are defending arresting a 12 year old for drawing on a desk.

Define that in the context of a government being allowed to do what you hate.

STOP, and think about it!

"Fuck da Police"
