actualy if you look close enough the top leg does start to angle down and the soaking/spreading affect is thus a bit compliant with gravity. The reason why its mostly on the top leg probely has something to do with the direction that his member is pointing at the time of urnination.

Hows that for an explination of a totaly inane subject.
