This was a man out in front of city hall Tuesday, in Halifax. It was cold that day, so I imagine his boys were probably up around his shoulders, if ya know what I mean?

DMP. I'm not too sure. They did send him for an assessment.

When I read the article I thought of Benny Hill and wished I was there to witness this. At least one cop chasing a naked guy around in Grand Parade Square probably would have looked like a Benny Hill show.

haha...wow...maybe he couldn't do that in Edmonton, but here in Las Vegas, we get quite a lot of swimming days! my little sister and I used to go jump into our swimming pool in December...even on the really cold days...we froze our tits off, but it was fun. oh and Nice Mario....nice...

I forgot what it is in celcius, but the coldest it's ever gotten here was 20 degrees F...not too cold, but cold enough..
