I take it you do not work for free tho. So your motivation to do the work is motivated by money, and not by time. Even the choice to not make as much as you could (love the passive aggressive bragging, btw) is a choice motivated by money and not by time.

Maybe discriminatory to hard working Sicilian Canadians running legitimate business in construction, restaurant ownership, and union management.

At least with Montreal and Laval's mayors, they're going to face justice, but I don't think anything will be done about this, even though I highly doubt it's legal. What's your opinion as to how the government of Manitoba, as well as the federal government will react and respond to this incident? Seemingly, just warning teachers to not go to the reserve for employment should be just the tip of the iceberg, no?

Outside of a few nations in NW Europe, where folk pretend it doesn't exist, it's just an openly accepted part of doing business. It's queue jumping.....look at countries where this is frowned on, and you'll find there is less obvious corruption

Sorry to butt in but after reading that I couldn't help but respond.

Stand by for this story to quickly be hushed up because either the Federal Gov't or the Provincial Gov't will pony up taxpayers funds to pay out all the monies that were STOLEN and try and keep the issue quiet because of the huge implications for First Nations education.

And my guess is that nobody will ever be charged or even investigated for the same reasons.
