I've heard on the news that the PM Calvert called the Flaherty buget "A treason to the Saskatchewan people."

Do you agree?

Saskatchewan is quickly becoming a have province with all of the resource monies coming in. I think we should be happy with what we get and not get too greedy.

Harper is a typical politician insofar as he loves to make promises when they work for him and then quickly go back on them.

I know he didn't go back on the promises he made to Quebec and Ontario.
Must be very frustrating to be treated like that.
Especially by some one who says he comes from the prairies.
I truly think he takes your votes for granted.

Yes in saskatchewan and alberta you can dress a stick up with a tory blue tie with a pull string that says "Hi I am conservative and you are a dummy" and they will vote for it. Really it is quite awful to witness. The conservatives broke the last election promise to saskatchewan over equalization..it should be interesting to see how many people remember that today. My guess they will lose 2 seats to the NDP...then I can post one of these. If it's in my riding I will post many...

Unfortunately there are way too many old farts in SK that refuse to accept any potential change so they vote the same ole same ole.

Ahh what difference do we make anyway..The election is over by the time it hits the Manitoba/Ontario border.

Sounds a lot like large portions of Ontario. Especially Toronto.

Reverend Blair Reverend Blair:
Which riding are you in, bbuddykat?

Saskatoon-Rosetown-Biggar

Which sadly didn't win an NDP seat, but came close..so close it was like this all night. :( :( :(
That pretty well sums up the evening..talk about close. An unknown conservative with no credentials (block who?) and no experience wins over a respected person with many credentials(nettie weibe) and experience. Backs up the tie and stick theory.

Ah, a fellow SRB resident. To say Kelly Block has *no* experience is a bit of a stretch. I voted for myself though.
