I know what most people think of telemarketing and telemarketers in general THEY F***ING HATE THEM.

Well here is a little known fact THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE TOO AND THEY HAVE FEELINGS AS WELL

We may not like them but they have a job to do, wehat we have to remember is that they are just DOING THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!!

Here are some tips to help YOU deal with them

1) NEVER hang up on them. The reason for this is that they have to STATUS the call and if you hang up MOST status that as a RECALL.
2) DONT BE A RUDE PIG ,BECAUSE most will status it as a RECALL JUST TO PISS YOU OFF
3)DONT teach YOUR kids to answer and be rude because that will DEFINITELY warrant a RECALL
4)REMEMBER that if YOU piss THEM off they are human too and they will seek revenge like anyone else by 1) scheduling calls for 9am on saturday
2) scheduling calls during dinner
3) scheduling calls for after 8 pm
5) It is legal to call from 9 am to 9pm local time monday to friday
9am to 4pm on saturday
6) never answer for someone else because that is a RECALL as well

now heres some thing that personally have been said to me:
my mother is a cute
one guy was glad that Canadians died in friendly fire
I suck dick
asshloe
one lady told her three year old to call me a motherfucker

and guess what happened, EVERYONE of them got recalls at either 9am saturdays or at 8:50 on a weeknight and if they were rude again well SUCKS TO BE THEM and recall once more


Here is what you need to do if they call and you dont want to be RECALLED

1) listen to the spiel (you never know it might ACTUALLY interst you), and then say I AM NOT INTERESTED
2) ask politely to be placed on your states or provinces DO NOT CALL list
3) THIS IS ONLY FOR THE STATES, you need to write the Direct Marketing Association at Mail Preference Service

When you write this address and give them your name, address and telephone number and they will remove you from any telephone and mail solicitations


personally i dont care what you think of me but when i hear people insult my family or my fallen country men, it pisses me off and you will hear from me again I PROMISE

I laugh at people that do break the rules and think to myself well at least i have a job and am not on WELFARE and then i schedule a RECALL

and if you think that you can avoid us with the 80-100 dollar telezapper it will only add to your trouble(it only works state to state, or province to province NOT ACROSS INTERNATIONAL BORDERS

Laughed my ass off when i called one american only to find out he had spent 89.99 for this a month earlier and hadn't recieved any calls Except from Canada

I know that telemarketers are human too and are just trying to get by like the rest of us but man oh man, it gets pretty hard to put up with all the phone calls we get here and still be polite. Man, these guys phone ALL THE TIME and it's always to sell the stupidest crap.

I am constantly impressed with the patience it takes to be a telemarketer, it must be an exceptionally frustrating carreer path. Here is my list of why I am annoyed by telemarketers
1. Most of the telemarketers in my city call regarding carpet cleaning. I don't have carpets I have hardwood. The words, "Do not phone me again" means absolutly nothing to this particular company.
2. If you wake me up or inturrupt my favorite TV program, you will not get a sale from me, don't call me again, I can hold a grudge for a long time.
3. If you ask me if my mother or father are at home I invariably reply, "I'm not sure, maybe you can phone them and find out." I am well past the age of majority and do not find that question charming.
4. I don't have a lot of money to throw away to various charities. If I want to support a cause I will do that, don't pester me.
5. If I want to buy something, I will go to the store and buy it. Don't bother me at home about some item I never knew I didn't want.
6. I don't often have time to keep in touch with my friends by phone, why would I waste precious time talking to you.
So go ahead, put me on the recall list. If I report that you have called my number 5 times after I request that you do not call me, your company might not be around to keep calling due to a harassment suit.
