Their pretty cool, when they hear the chopper coming they immediately circle the young ones and start running around them creating a protective wall.

The cams in my mitt's at all times staying warm, sometimes you spend a week in the tent for a blizzard and even though you shit in an unheated outhouse into a bag and a pail at -50 we still had wireless internet.

I have 5 cards and 9 GB's of pics on them.
There's allways something to take a pic of up there,it's a very humbling experience.

It's been over 20 years since I was last in the Arctic and while it's great looking at the pictures I have no desire to go back. 8)

The Northwest Territory around Inuvik was the last time. Always enjoyed it but I definitely prefer the sun and sand with someone bringing me strange drinks with paper umbrellas in them.(Along with a few hefty shots of dark rum!)

I did like the 24 hour sun in summer, fishing at 3 am and tanning at the same time.
Sun right above you going around in a little circle 24/7. 8)

Quite a few of those sun pics were taken at 3 am in the summer and the dark ones at 3 pm in the winter.

So we can post anything on rants and raves?

Here's a nice pic of a polar bear track up by Resolute bay.

I didn't know polar bears wore snopacks. Are those Sorels?

Their harder to track that way so lot's are spared from the hunters bullets.

Now if we can get them to wear the life vests so they stop drowning the population will be back to normal in no time.
