Given the putrid nature of the Trump interregnum it's safe to say that America's leadership should now be regarded just as inherently unstable as it is in places like Iran, Pakistan, and North Korea. Even if Biden were to bowl a perfect 300 in foreign policy over the next four years it means nothing, not when the GOP is just going to run some Trump-clone in 2024 and take back the White House if the American domestic situation doesn't improve. And it'll be some lawful evil monster that gets the GOP nomination next time, not some chaotic evil wrecking ball like Trump who was easier to predict in what nastiness or idiocy he was going to do.
Think about it - the American right is so far gone into madness that they're going to select creatures that are worse than Donald Trump in the near future.
