| Ya, but i think it would have to depend on the situation and the kid... I know people who've gotten off community service without doing a hour... its hard to say but they gotta figure out something if there going to stop this issue Just for the record anyone the commits sucide is a bastard and a cow... |

| the fine sounds btr it would probably have more effect... face it if your kid came home with a 100$ fine ud black on him, if he came home having to do 20hr community work ud just yell at him... when it costs the parents money every parents becomes a good mean asshole that will get there kid thinking... |

| YOA is bs, hell kids arnt scared to do anything anymore, we always get away with it... I think like lily said it should be modified to juvy instead of jail... cause send a 14 yr to jail and I dont like the odds for that kid coming out in one piece or sane...
