Glenn is trying a little too hard to be like Tycho out of Penny Arcade. The difference is that Tycho is the only onewho has the gravitas to pull off such a role. Glenn on the other hand just sounds like a smart-arse ponce trying to sound clever by using big words and even bigger paragraphs ;) Also, ...

Yes I know what the "quote" button is, thank you ever so much for enlightening me on the function of such an amazing option. I never would have known how to work it out had it not been for you! What I was saying that if you insist on posting replies that are longer than War & Peace, mo...

Happy New Year, Prestwick! Season's greetings. If you're a soldier in Afghanistan, let me especially express best wishes! Glenn Fitzgerald. PS: Do you think the reason I only answered about three quarters of the replies directed at my moniker is because there were just too many replies? When you're...

Tricks complains: Actually, you have dodged me for the past 4 or 5 pages. Whenever someone says something you can't come back to, you ignore them. You lost a long time ago, now you are just an annoyance. I've gone over your past replies to me, and can't find the argument you present which I seem to...

I'm so gonna move to England the first chance I get. My Friends also wnat to marry a Japanese woman, because they like the idea of young, violent Latino-Japanese kids with English Accents running around with katanas... Don't worry, just get the first cruise ship over and throw your passport o...

Debates and the Rough Trade of Words Prestwick opines: The point was that you seem to treat your debating opponents with distain, choosing instead to bore them into submission with arrogant diatribes. I don't think either of us, Prestwick, have really treated our opponents w...

So, do you think that little quip you made about "monologues" raised a sort of lame point? The point was that you seem to treat your debating opponents with distain, choosing instead to bore them into submission with arrogant diatribes. Like someone earlier said, we do actually understand...

Actually two people pointed it out before it even clicked in your brain. Sorry to rain on your parade there pal. Jumping on a bandwagon? I think so. Not only that but I admitted my mistake, something which you refuse to do good sir, regardless of how many mis-informed and ignorant "observations...

Sorry to disappoint you , Prestwick, but Canadian forces just got finished deploying a squadron of Leopard tanks to Panjwaii, Afghanistan. Here's an excerpt from the CBC report Fair point. But didn't you say a couple of pages ago on yet another contradictory monolouge: For heaven's sake, I certainl...

I'm stuck on a portable right now but it sounds like you googled it out. Perhaps not the best tanks in the region but definately the best crews and that's 90% of a tank right there. It also sounds like their thermal imagers suprised timmy taliban on their fist encounter. Oh, no I was thinking more ...

First of all, Canada dosen't have any tanks in Afghanistan. They have armoured vehicles in the form of the LAV, but not tanks. Sorry to disapoint you there. Furthermore, when faced with facts which knock down your first unfounded allegation, you then wheel out an even bigger unfounded allegation to ...

So you ignore the cold, hard political facts from international institutions such as the EU, NATO and the United Nations? And if you did actually know something about Afghanistan, other than what you read from the pretentious and ignorant liberal presses, you'd realise that it'd be quite the mistake...
