Okay, so I've quickly looked at some of the threads here on photography. The homework one looked promising but not too active.
So I was hoping to bring those who consider themselves photographers (professional or serious amateur) a place to share photos, ask for technical advice, questions regarding post production or photoshop, sales and marketing, etc. Although anyone is free to post a question or give criticism, please be respectful. I'd prefer to keep this thread dedicated to
high quality images, not snap shots of your pet or kids.
A little about me:
I'm not professional photographer (yet), I still have to make a living at my regular job, but I have made some profit off of my photography. I only started in June of 2011, I have taken courses and workshops on the weekends and after work, but am mainly self-taught. I use a Canon 7D and have various lenses, filters, etc. I mainly use CS5 or CS6 (with plug-ins) for my editing.
I've tried varies types of photography, including macro, landscape, street, long exposure, portrait, wildlife, architectural, cityscapes, monochrome, HDR, abstract, and so on, but my main focuses have been macro, landscape, and long exposures (30 seconds and up to 4 minutes in length). I'm still learning, that never stops in photography, and I'm still defining myself as a photographer as well.
If you want to check out my stuff, I have various links:

So let's get sharing!
