Well, my girlfriend and I seeded a few herb and vegetable plants last weekend and I noticed today that some of them are just starting to pop up - I decided to take advantage of the event and get out the camera. We've got a few things growing, but these two are the photos that I thought turned out the best - vanilla berry plants.
I was focusing (pun intended!) on one main thing while taking them - depth of field. I obviously used a very short depth (the shortest I could get with my camera) and there's no blurring or sharpness adjustments. The only adjustments I made were some levels adjustments and cropping.
I've never really played around much with depth of field so this was fun! I'm fairly new at this, so any critical comments are welcome!
