It's the Numa Numa dance because the guy is saying stuff in Romanian. Romanian is one of the four romantic languages and the band who originally did Numa Numa( or sometimes even called Dragostea Din Tei[light of the linden trees inRomanian]) was a group called Haiducii, which is Romanian for outcasts.
