Yep. Do this in the following order:

Change to DEFCON 1

Declare war on him. "TPC Orders" for the reason. No need to attack yet. You'll hold him until the others declare, and he can't run into peace mode.

Spend your money on boosting your military. Double the number of troops, and get about 400 tanks. What level are your aircraft at?

No contact with him. If you get any pm's post them to the scrapmaster thread. He will yell his head off, but don't reply.

If your above 8k NS, roll on him if you like.

I've got 59 planes,2,811 soldiers,19 tanks and 6 cruise missiles

Get some more cruise missiles. About 15.

Get 400 tanks.

Double the troops.

Get the best planes possible.

Spend the rest on infra.

Do up the strap to that helmet in your avvie properly.
