Does anyone know which stomach they use for haggis? I think we used the rumen, which made it much rounder... that looks a lot smaller, and longer, so it must be the abomasum, if it's stomach at all.

Tman1's picture looked like they were using intestine as a casing. Usually you only use intestine when making sausage. The casing on haggis should be strong enough to contain the oatmeal when it expands.
Well, here's the deal. I'm using eJay Virtual DJ to broadcast. The only thing that I can tell isn't going to work is the PLAYING NOW ticker becuase my songs are mixed together.
Be assured however, that if you see my name broadcasting, it's going to be Irish!
I'd like to hear some feedback on the quality of the sound coming through.
PS - I can't connect to chat either so requests will have be made from in here.

This is it! The first ever Irish Stew program! It's playing early becuase nobody was on show I thought I would run an extended session as an opener.
Leave some requests in here and I'll do m best to get them up for you.
The station ID's are good for a chuckle too!

There is a fairly extensive playlist running. It should still be there - at least until 6pm EST.

bossman! The sound quality is great! Are you sure you're not from the east coast? How about some McGinty? Such as "Sonny's Dream" or that "A Sailor's just a sailor just like he was before"?
