Ok, well, I've never seen this before...

I was trying to go to a site and than all of a sudden nothing would load. So I close Firefox and reopen it. This time, though, it wasn't working properly. A popup came up telling me I had to log in - so I clicked log in on default user, but it said it was in use. So I said... what the fuck and created a new user. Well, all my stuff - passwords, bookmarks, everything - is on the other bloody user and now I have no clue how to access it. I looked in help and saw nothing. Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated.

you can go to your windows explorer and access the different user profiles on windows. you can then choose the default user (or whatever you called your login before) and you should see your my docs etc. (this is all found under documents and settings in windows xp)....you should be able to find most everything. you can copy the folders and paste them into your new profile (right click on the name of the profile and paste)...good luck

Hmm... that would work if it wasn't for Ol' Dr.Watson freezing my computer whenever I try to open anything relating to Windows... it's a wonder my computer runs :D

Does anyone know a way I can do that directly from Firefox?

Thanks anyway, usababe.

try disabling dr watson by looking for his icon in the system task bar (next to time) and right click and close it? you're online so maybe you should run a system scan...maybe trend micro or something.

I've done everything short of wiping my Harddrive to fix the problem - I even deleted Dr.Watson but it still crashes. I've learned to live with it...

Or spend a few minutes typing in passwords and addresses in the new account.... you'd be done by now, if you didn't bother with this thread.

I've been having a weird problem lately with the site and Firefox. The back and forward buttons on my MS IMouse don't work. The only time that ever happens is when there's a lot of Shockwave ads and such on screen at once. Anyone have any suggestions?
