I read the below at the SmallDeadAnimals blog. I wonder if there's anything to it.

Because in the CTV article Canadians were baffled as to the cause of the propane shortage.

"Al Gore's Mandate????" Ummm you do know he was only a Vice President, and that was almost a decade and a half ago? Or did you think "Inconvenient Truth" was a was a federal law and got confused about the dates?

FUN FACT: Replublicans controlled the White House, the House of Representatives and the Senate in 2005 when the law was first passed. Maybe you meant to say its a George Bush Mandate?

Further to this. Farmers always dry their grain before storage! Whether it is for food or ethanol production, the grain MUST be dried out before storage or it will rot.
