I was in touch with my uncle last night. He and my aunt travelled to Ukraine several years ago and went to the small village where my grandfather was born and met some extended family there (or near there anyway) that they are still in touch with. So far they are apparently safe but ready to fight if need be.

All the updates are heartbreaking but Ukraine is holding on. I pray this continues to be so.
