This person has had approximatley 19 convictions for impaired driving since 1980 and 13 convictions for driving while disqualified... It's quite obvious he doesn't care or give a darn...

I believe it's time to consider him a threat to public safety and put this person behind bars....

I just heard this on the radio, they had the woman of the vehicle hit on the air. She was quite shaken, said that if the drunk driver had been there 30 sec earlier her husband would have been crushed. The reason her SUV was on the side of the road was because they had run out of gas, and her husband had gone to the Irving to get a jerry. The drunk hit the SUV, popped his passanger side tire and drove up to the irving, where a RCMP car was sitting (the officers were having supper). He fled his vehicle but has apprehended prox 15 min later.

Drunkeness and early Catholic Schools. Have there been any other two things that have been quite as detrimental to Canadians in the past 100 years than those?

Lock him up. He is shown himself incapable of controlling himself.

WTF does a Catholic school have to do with this case?

"In 1865, the distant precursor of the present-day Shelburne Youth Centre, the Halifax Industrial School for Boys, was opened in Halifax. The school was a charitable Protestant institution set up to meet the needs of delinquent, neglected and dependent boys."

My mistake. It was my understanding it was a Catholic school. I still feel pretty confident about the statement overall however.

You can't have virtue without sin... I too went to a Catholic school and sincerely believe I am a better person for doing so...
