UPDATE: The FBI killed the guy yesterday morning and rescued the girl who is now at a Federal facility somewhere and is supposed to be reunited with her father sometime soon. She's reportedly okay.

Also, the car has been found. The story states she was 'kidnapped along with her brother' like that is a fact, but that is not so sure at all.
