Just wondering how everyone did.

I got a Spike an big 5 pointer with the bow. A big doe with the muzzleloader

I did pretty good for my first year hunting Whitetails.....

I've always lived in Mule deer country, this is the first season hunting Whitetail. Lucky for me we have both here and I took each.

Thanx!...It was a fun year learning about hunting Whitetails and Elk...Not to mention they're very tasty and it's nice to have a full freezer for the winter...The two Mule's were taken in a multi generational hunt. Grandpa, Mom and youngest son were all involved on that day, I just happened to do the shooting... ...Five of us were out that day and it was Rosie's youngest boys first hunt and more importantly, it was with his mother and Grandpa, continuing the great tradition of the outdoors in Canadian families.

5am wake up calls aside, it really was a wonderful year.

The freezer's full, we had some fantastic days, and tons of "new" memories to add to our album.

Keep up the tradition of Sausage 'n Eggers on the way out of town next year, and I might be willing to tag along again.

Ah, well ya see, these are free range deer. All I have to do is plant the food for them, water and nurture it. They do the rest.

Yeah, I was just teasin' ya.

We have them here too. We live right next to a huge park, creek and trail system so were right along the whitetail highway.
